What Our Client Service Representative Do
- Welcome clients and patients warmly with empathy and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, multi-doctor calendars, and maintain accurate client/patient records
- Process payments and communicate pricing, policies, and services clearly
- Handle high call volumes and balance competing priorities efficiently
- Recognize and communicate urgent or emergent concerns to the medical team promptly
- Navigate sensitive conversations and challenging interactions with empathy
- Collaborate with doctors and technicians to support smooth workflows and patient care
- Take initiative during slower periods and maintain organized workspaces
- Exercise sound judgment, take ownership of responsibilities, and speak up about safety concerns

- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment

- Professional integrity and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
- Preferred: veterinary client service or hospitality experience and familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows
