About this role
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and coordination of day-to-day Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position supports quality service delivery, staff oversight, scheduling coordination, and compliance with standards established by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), applicable Medicaid waiver requirements, and agency policies.
Qualifications
Familiarity with standards established by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD).
Experience coordinating Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) services.
Experience with staff scheduling, compliance, payroll review, or quality assurance activities.
