Are you an experienced Air Export professional who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and managing complex international shipments? Join Kuehne+Nagel's growing Air Logistics team and play a key role supporting strategic healthcare and life sciences customers in one of our fastest-growing business segments.

We are seeking a customer-focused logistics professional who can own export shipments from start to finish while building strong customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence.

## How you create impact

As the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, you'll take ownership of their experience and help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

- Manage air export shipments from booking through final departure
- Serve as the trusted advisor and operational contact for customers
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, AES filing requirements, and TSA standards
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate updates or exceptions
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and shipment escalations with urgency and professionalism
- Prepare and review export documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Support customer onboarding and implementation activities
- Provide spot quotations and identify opportunities to grow customer business
- Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Sales, Revenue Care, and Customer Implementation teams
- Maintain customer profiles, rates, credit information, and shipment records
- Drive customer retention while supporting profitable growth initiatives

## What we would like you to bring

- Experience managing international air export shipments
- Strong understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of AES filings and export regulations
- Familiarity with TSA and air cargo security requirements
- Customer-facing logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with transportation systems and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical device logistics experience
- Freight forwarding background within Air Logistics
- Experience handling customer escalations and critical shipment exceptions
- Knowledge of CargoWise or similar transportation management systems
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within customer accounts

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
