About the role:
The Host/ess will be the first face of the outlet to welcome our guests and customers, helping them to discover the best area to enjoy their food and drinks, always seeking complete satisfaction of the expectations of our guests and customers, creating epic experiences.
What you will do:
- Manage and coordinate reservations.
- Organize seating arrangements to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Keep guest profiles and preferences updated.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
What you bring:
- One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury hotel is considered an asset.
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other Food & Beverage computer systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoke n

- Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs
