Compensation: $65,000 annually
Shift/Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site)
About the role:
PrideStaff is partnering with an established engineering manufacturer specializing in fluid connection systems, custom tubing, and electrical harnesses to find a creative and detail-oriented Design Engineer[cite: 1, 16]. In this role, you will lead product creation and process design, developing reliable components for demanding industrial and performance applications.
What you will do:
Develop innovative product/process design solutions, conduct testing, and analyze process systems to meet timing, cost, and reliability targets.
Draft manufacturing standards, research new technologies to improve product functionality, and collaborate directly with customers to meet custom specs.
Assist with hands-on product assembly and prototype testing while maintaining quality management standards.

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or a related technical field.
Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and experience maintaining or implementing Quality Management Systems.
Strong complex problem-solving abilities, logic and reasoning skills, and the manual dexterity to assemble mechanical/electrical components.
