Support change management and drive adoption of new operating protocols, SOPs, and automation across sales, content, and partner organizations
Drive data-driven decision making through analysis of scheduling utilization, advertiser demand patterns, pricing, packaging, and revenue optimization
A day in the life
In this role, you'll focus on building the operational infrastructure that powers our premium ad products—from sponsorships and takeovers to emerging formats. You'll work across product launches, coordinating timelines and dependencies with Sales, Product, and Advertising teams to ensure everything launches smoothly and scales effectively. Your day might include facilitating cross-functional planning sessions to align on go-to-market strategies, analyzing scheduling data to identify optimization opportunities, or designing new processes that reduce manual work and free up your team to focus on growth. You'll move fluidly between strategic planning and tactical execution, always looking for ways to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks that slow us down.
About the team
