We're looking for a Manager, Visual Merchandising who lives and breathes fashion, has an incredible eye for styling and loves turning creative ideas into unforgettable in-store experiences.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll be the creative force behind how our brand comes to life in stores. From statement-making windows and inspiring mannequin looks to seasonal fashion stories and impactful product presentations, you'll shape how our customers discover, experience and connect with our collections.

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves being close to the product, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and knows how to balance bold ideas with commercial impact.

What You'll Do

- Bring our fashion stories to life. Create seasonal and monthly visual concepts that showcase our collections, inspire our customers and elevate the PENN.Penningtons brand experience.
- Own the visual impact. Develop creative direction for windows, mannequins, key looks, tables, walls, props and standout moments throughout our stores.
- Get hands-on with the product. Lead monthly mock-store setups, style mannequins, experiment with layouts and bring fresh ideas to product presentation.
- Turn creativity into action. Develop clear visual guidelines, planograms and store tools that make your vision easy to execute across our store network.
- Connect fashion with strategy. Collaborate with Merchandising and Design to bring seasonal collections, colour stories, product flow and outfitting opportunities to life.
- Make it happen together. Partner with Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Design and Store Operations to deliver exciting, consistent and commercially impactful store experiences.

Qualifications

What You Bring

- 7+ years of visual merchandising experience in fashion retail, ideally within a multi-store environment.
- A standout portfolio showcasing your creativity in fashion styling, mannequin presentation, windows and in-store storytelling.
- An exceptional eye for fashion, colour, proportion, outfitting and product presentation, with a pulse on emerging trends.
- Hands-on experience developing seasonal visual concepts, store layouts, planograms and clear visual merchandising guidelines.
- A creative, collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with strong planning, presentation and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and French to effectively communicate visual direction and collaborate with store teams across Canada.
