About this role
The Janitor keeps ESS Metron’s manufacturing facility, offices, and common areas clean, safe, and well organized. This role exists because a clean, orderly plant is essential to the safety of our team, the quality of the power distribution equipment we build, and the impression we make on customers who visit for tours and factory acceptance tests. Working closely with production, maintenance, and office staff, you will handle routine cleaning, waste and recycling, restocking, and general upkeep across the site. Your work directly supports a safe, productive workplace where everyone can do their best work.
