Working across retail, eCommerce, B2B, print fulfilment partners, production facilities, and approved vendor-supported work, the Controller provides clear ownership, visibility, and workflow discipline from intake through completion.

Specifically, You Will:

- Review production-ready work to confirm files, specifications, timelines, quantities, finishing, delivery details, and supporting information are complete before release.

- Apply approved routing standards and workload visibility to coordinate the appropriate production path, including production facility or approved vendor production.
- Proactively monitor job activity, intake quality, handoff points, routing constraints, and emerging red flags to identify risks before they affect service or committed completion dates. Take early action where possible and escalate as required to the Manager, hub managers, or other operational leaders.
- Respond to escalations from intake, sales, customer-facing, and operational channels by assessing the issue, taking prompt action to resolve where possible, engaging the appropriate partners, and ensuring the resolution is documented and communicated in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of routing decisions, job status, exceptions, ownership changes, escalations, and resolution steps using approved workflow and ticketing processes.
- Reinforce standard intake, routing, documentation, escalation, and communication practices across the Print Control Center.
- Identify recurring issues, process gaps, handoff challenges, routing constraints, and improvement opportunities; share findings with Production Control leadership; and escalate issues as needed to support timely, documented, and communicated resolution.
