Heres what we need:

Were looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchys recipes.

What youll be doing:

- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.

- Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchys recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.

- Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

- Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.

- Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.

- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

QUE-SOheres what youll need:

- Previous experience preferred

- A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).

- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.

- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.

- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.

- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
