About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Business Developer who is highly organized, curious, social, and excited to learn how an international creative studio works.
The role mainly focuses on Business Development, with the opportunity to support our Project Management team and gain hands-on experience with actual projects.
The goal is to learn the ins and outs of Envar, from our services and workflows to our clients and culture, while building the skills and knowledge to take on more responsibilities over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Supporting paperwork preparations, presentations, pitches and documentations
- Planning for conferences and industry events
- Shadowing the Head of BD on both external and internal cross team meetings.
- Keeping BD activities organized and running smoothly, with RnD opportunities to improve team performance
- General coordination and project management support
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and people oriented, with a strong interest in business development within the gaming and entertainment industry.
You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks, working with detailed information, and coordinating across different teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy and follow through.
We are also looking for someone who:
- Builds strong professional relationships and communicates confidently with different types of people
- Is comfortable representing Envar at meetings, events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Takes initiative, asks questions, and is comfortable working independently
- Has strong attention to detail and a structured approach to their work
- Has excellent written and verbal English
- Is interested in learning how creative studios and gaming businesses operate
- Is willing and able to travel internationally
Bonus Points
- Experience in Business Development, Project Management, Account Management.
- Experience in the video game industry
- Understanding of art production pipelines
- Experience working as service provider
- Experience with CRM or project management tools
- Experience attending, speaking at, or helping organize conferences or industry events
- Professional working proficiency in another language
