About the Team
As part of our Production organization, the Remanufacturing team is responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing technologies and processes that ensure efficient and sustainable remanufacturing operations. We partner with teams across the entire ZF organization to share expertise, overcome challenges, and develop effective solutions that support operational excellence. Our team drives innovation through the introduction of new technologies, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
What you can look forward to as Expert Remanufacturing Technology:
- Develop, optimize, and improve remanufacturing processes and technologies to ensure efficient operations.
- Analyze product requirements and evaluate potential manufacturing and remanufacturing methods.
- Plan, organize, and improve process flows to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Create, maintain, and update work instructions, technical documentation, and process notifications.
- Define and monitor work sequences, manufacturing instructions, and tooling requirements for new and modified processes.
- Introduce and implement new technologies
Your Profile as Expert Remanufacturing Technology:
- University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or remanufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of production processes, technical documentation management, and process optimization methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
- Good command of English
