- Preparation of the Closing Reports
- Consolidation and analysis of project forecasts
- Monitoring of the AR, Unbilled WIP, and Provisions of projects
- Ad-Hoc Reports
- Official Annual Budgeting Exercise - consolidation, analysis, loading, reports
- Official Quarterly Forecasting Exercise - consolidation, analysis, loading, reports
- Year-End Audit Reports
- Project and MP monitoring and authorizations
