About this role
Description
Amazon Global Selling is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Customer Success Manager – Supply Chain to define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy for Sellers across Rest of Asia (RoA)— shipping worldwide. You will own the RoA seller supply chain experience and optimization end to end — replenishment planning, inbound logistics, and inventory health — helping sellers move inventory into FBA efficiently and cost-effectively, including through supporting products such as SEND, AGL and AWD. You will conduct deep-dive research into seller supply chain economics and pain points, and partner with cross-functional teams spanning origin AM Teams, Central Product / Tech, Worldwide Fulfillment, and carrier / logistics partners to deliver data-driven, outcome-focused results.
Key job responsibilities
Research and Analysis
• Monitor and improve seller inventory health and inbound performance across RoA.
• Deep-dive into seller pain points to identify opportunities that improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency (replenishment, inbound logistics, inventory placement).
• Use data-driven insights on lane / mode performance, cost, and lead times to guide strategic decisions.
Strategy Development and Execution
• Lead the RoA team's supply chain strategy and goal-setting through the OP1 / OP2 planning cycles, translating worldwide priorities into regional plans.
• Represent the voice of RoA sellers to influence the Global Product team's supply chain roadmap — translate seller needs and pain points into product requirements, and partner with Central Product / Tech to improve supply chain products for the region.
• Own the end-to-end supply chain solution for RoA — from replenishment planning and inbound logistics through inventory health — driving seller adoption of FBA and its supporting products (e.g., SEND, AGL, AWD).
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency.
• Build and refine the SOPs, tools, and best practices that streamline solution delivery.
Program Management and Optimization
• Own the RoA supply chain domain business review mechanism (WBR / MBR) end to end — define the metrics and narrative, produce the weekly / monthly callouts, and surface risks and opportunities to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage peak-readiness programs (e.g., Prime Day, BFCM) and seller inventory health.
• Pinpoint and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and escalations with FC / logistics / product partners inside and outside Amazon.
• Create training and enablement resources to upskill Country teams on supply chain programs.
