About this role
We are looking for students to join our team as Production Operators over the summer period from November 2026 to February 2027 .
This is a great opportunity for engineering students looking to gain practical industry experience and complete practical hours requirements, or for anyone seeking short-term summer employment in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
We're looking for people who have:
- The ability to learn quickly and pick up new tasks
- The ability to read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong fine motor skills
- Good time management skills and a reliable attendance record
- Physical fitness and the ability to repeatedly lift up to 10kg
- Strong communication skills
- Good computer literacy
Preference will be given to:
- Current students who are actively studying, or intending to study, an engineering-related qualification.
- New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents.
- Willingness to work weekends, as required.
- Working the afternoon (PM) shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM .
