The KPMG Global Services Delivery Platform (KGSDP) Transformation Function drives strategic programs across KGSDP and KPMG firms globally using Lean, Six Sigma and Automation. We aim to enable sustainable growth, improved margins and enhanced value delivery to clients. Our customized programs are recognized in Business Transformation, Low-Cost Automation and Digitalization, Robotics and Automation by prestigious industry associations in India, such as the CII, QCI and Mint Tech Circle.

Qualifications
• Graduate / Engineering background (Tier1 colleges etc.) • MBA (Preferred, not mandatory) • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
Work experience
12-14+ years of overall work experience
• 8+ years in independently driving transformation projects in large global organizations or with consulting firms
Must have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 and/or leading Consulting firms
Mandatory Skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience of leading global process transformation projects using lean/ six sigma tools and techniques • Strong Analytical skills – ability to investigate, identify underlying issues in processes • Experience in developing global operating models leveraging onshore and offshore delivery centers • Excellent Project management skills including ability to manage multiple workstreams/ projects at the same time. • Preferable have driven diverse technology enabled solution using • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
