ALM Senior Solution Implementation Consultant

As a Senior Solution Implementation Consultant ALM, you are responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions for enterprise customers across Europe. You work closely with customer stakeholders and project teams to analyze processes, design solution concepts, and implement solutions based on Codebeamer, Pure Variants, and related engineering technologies. You help customers improve engineering practices across ALM, Systems Engineering, Configuration Management, Product Line Engineering, and related disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver ALM implementation and transformation projects for enterprise customers.
- Analyze customer processes and translate business requirements into solution designs.
- Configure, customize, and deploy Codebeamer, Pure Variants, and related solutions.
- Support the definition of solution architectures, integrations, and deployment concepts.
- Conduct workshops, requirements sessions, solution reviews, and user training.
- Support data migration, testing, integration, and rollout activities.
- Ensure solution quality through established implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, Product Management, Support, and R&D.
- Contribute to reusable implementation assets, templates, and service offerings.
- Support customer adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, systems engineering, or solution delivery.
- Experience implementing ALM solutions such as Codebeamer (preferred), Polarion, Jama Connect, IBM DOORS Next, or Windchill RV&S.
- Strong understanding of ALM processes including requirements, change, configuration, and test management.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience conducting customer workshops and working with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integrations, databases, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, PLE, or MBSE is desirable.
- Industry experience in automotive, aerospace, medical devices, industrial equipment, or similar industries.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Business fluent English required. German or French is a plus. Willingness to travel.
