Objectif/Présentation du poste

Nous recherchons un ou une opérateur(trice) de saisie pour compléter notre équipe.

Temps plein / Mardi au samedi / 6h30 - 14h10

Missions principales

Véritable maillon clé de la chaîne de diagnostic, vous assurez le traitement des prélèvements dès leur réception jusqu'à leur orientation vers les unités techniques.

Vos principales missions :

- Réception & préparation : déballer, vérifier et préparer les prélèvements dans le respect des procédures
- Saisie & contrôle des données : enregistrer et vérifier les informations (manuelle ou vidéocodage), détecter les non-conformités
- Qualité & conformité : garantir la traçabilité et participer à l'amélioration continue du système qualité
- Dispatch des échantillons : orienter les prélèvements vers les services concernés avec rigueur et efficacité

Formation et qualifications professionnelles

Une expérience dans le domaine du secrétariat médical ou en clinique vétérinaire serait un plus.

Connaissances et expérience

- Compétences solides en saisie, bonne vitesse de frappe, maîtrise du clavier.

- Organisé avec capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique.

- Capacité d'adaption et esprit d'équipe sont attendus

- Ne pas être craintif des tâches répétitives et de travailler dans un environnement étroit.
