Job Description & Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst who will play a central role in guiding and executing business critical and complex transformation initiatives across our clients’ organisations, in particular business-led IT transformation programs and Fit for Growth initiatives involving cost and organisation transformation.

You will help translate strategic business objectives into concrete requirements for a future organisation / IT landscape / company cost structure, develop actionable roadmaps, orchestrate project execution, and help ensure sustainable value realisation by working closely with PwC Germany’s Strategy& teams.

The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, market teams, and technical delivery teams, ensuring clarity, alignment and high-quality implementation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5 + years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant

- You bring solid professional experience from working in well-known international companies in a consulting environment, ideally in project or transformation settings with a technological background.

- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes

- Detail-oriented yet able to see the bigger picture

- Comfortable working in international, cross-border teams

- Proactive, solution-driven mindset

Analytical strength and methodological competence : You have proven project management capabilities and are familiar with standard PMO tools,   e.g.   Jira, Asana, MS Office Suite. You bring in   expertise   in data and analytics to manage data processes encompassing preparation, analysis,   visualisation ,   automation   and modelling.
