Educational Qualification
Mandatory
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Preferred
- M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA (Operations) or equivalent management qualification.
- ### Experience Requirements
12-18 years of Mechanical Maintenance experience.
- Minimum 7-10 years of dedicated Turbine Maintenance experience in Thermal Power Plants.
- Experience in utility-scale power units of 300 MW and above.
- Exposure to Supercritical and Subcritical Turbine technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in Steam Turbines, Condensers, Feed Water Systems, Pumps, Rotating Equipment, and Turbine Auxiliaries.
- Experience in major shutdowns, overhauls, refurbishment activities, and reliability enhancement programs.
- Proven experience in team handling and contractor management.
