What you’ll own:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Head to lead and manage the servicing operations for heavy commercial vehicles (Bus). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10+ years in servicing heavy commercial vehicles, strong leadership skills, prior experience in building up the business from the ground up and EV / Bus exposure will be an advantage.

What you’ll do:

- Building the entire process flow and systems for the heavy commercial vehicles (Bus)
- Manage end-to-end service operations including uptime, service and AMC TAT
- Develop service support and network in the defined routes / regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of service issues to meet customer satisfaction and organizational standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business growth
- Conduct training programs to enhance technical skills and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the OEM / Partners to establish service touch points and support systems
- Foster strong relationships with all the stakeholders both internal and external.
- Work closely with internal teams including Business, Product, Customer Support etc.

What you’ll bring:

- Education qualification
- B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in servicing heavy commercial vehicles with at least 5 years experience in the Bus segment.
- Strong technical expertise in heavy commercial vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
