This is a full-time, permanent role. Working 12-hour rotating shift pattern, with a mix of 3 and 4 shifts per week. This provides regular extended breaks throughout the rota, allowing for a better balance between work and personal life.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Safely operate Reach Forklift Trucks to move, locate, stack, and store products throughout the warehouse
- Support the efficient flow of stock from Goods In to Goods Out, ensuring all products are handled accurately and safely
- Accurately pick, replenish, and prepare customer orders in line with operational and quality standards
- Carry out routine equipment checks and promptly report any defects, damage, or safety concerns
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve productivity, quality, and customer service targets
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safe working practices at all times
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous Reach Forklift Truck experience is essential, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Reliable team player with good communication skills, excellent attendance, and a flexible approach to work
- Ability to follow procedures, undertake manual handling duties, and work a variety of shifts, including weekends where required
