As a Sales Support Specialist at Uline’s Boston Sales Office, you’ll help customers get the products they need while supporting a team of Sales Representatives. From answering questions to processing orders and preparing quotes, you’ll play a key role in delivering the legendary service Uline is known for.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a go-to resource for customers and Sales Representatives, answering questions and helping keep orders moving.
- Respond to customer calls and Sales Representative emails with fast, friendly service.
- Prepare customer quotes, process orders and coordinate pricing with vendors.
- Support Sales Leadership with reporting, projects and day-to-day needs.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of office experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
