About the role:

RSM Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Senior Accountant to join our Geraldton team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver, and assist in the promotion and growth the following services to new and existing clients: Management Accounting;
- Outsourced CFO services;

- Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards.
- Designs, develops and analyses financial models;
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts;
- Identifies, research and resolve all complex accounting issues;
- Analyses management accounting reports and provides advice to clients;

About you:

What you’ll bring:

- A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
- CA or equivalent qualification, or currently working towards
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A proactive, client‑focused approach
