Senior Expert Finance (m/f/d)

## Discover your exciting role

As a Senior Expert Finance (m/f/d), you will work closely with the Global Shared Services Centre to ensure the accurate, complete, and timely preparation of Exyte Germany’s financial statements. You will ensure that accounting records are properly maintained and compliant with IFRS and local statutory requirements. By providing reliable financial information to local management, the Board of Directors, and shareholders, you will support informed decision-making and the successful delivery of our projects.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Coordinate and review the monthly and year-end financial close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Analyse P&L, general ledger, accounting records, and bank accounts, resolving material issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, statutory requirements, and internal accounting policies
- Manage cash flow, liquidity forecasting, and overdue receivables
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, including financial performance and variance analysis
- Coordinate internal and external audits, maintain effective internal controls, and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with the Global Shared Services Centre on accounting activities and oversee the financial administration of project-related office leases

## Show your expertise

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including team leadership
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
- Proven experience in general ledger and project accounting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Experience in a construction, engineering, or project-based environment and knowledge of SAP are an advantage; a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is desirable
