- Shape the quality and governance standards behind Alegeus’ emerging AI platforms, including our Agentic Engineering Framework and Prompt Manager, helping engineering teams build with confidence.

- Validate cutting-edge AI solutions such as FSA Nudges, Fraud Sentinel, and Automated Claims, ensuring agent behaviors remain accurate, compliant, and customer-focused.

- Design and expand automated testing strategies across APIs, databases, platform tooling, and AI-driven workflows to improve reliability and accelerate innovation.

- Pioneer new approaches for evaluating LLM-generated content, ML scoring models, and probabilistic system behaviors through structured testing methodologies and measurable quality standards.

- Challenge systems with real-world edge cases, adversarial scenarios, and compliance-focused test strategies to ensure governance guardrails perform as intended.

- Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to define acceptance criteria, influence quality standards early, and help deliver trustworthy AI experiences.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

●      Abilities: Strong test design and analytical thinking skills; ability to evaluate both deterministic and probabilistic systems; attention to detail; comfort working through ambiguity; excellent documentation and communication skills; ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

●      Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, test automation, or software engineering with a testing focus; experience writing automated tests and scripts using a programming language (Python preferred); familiarity with REST API testing, SQL, and validating data-layer outcomes; exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based systems through professional work, academic coursework, self-study, or side projects.

●      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
