Technical Presales Consultant - Dell Technologies

About the Role

Join our Dell team as a technical pre-sales expert, helping partners and sales teams design the right infrastructure solutions for their customers. You'll work with Dell server, storage, backup, and data center technologies, providing technical guidance, solution design, and customer presentations.

What You'll Do

- Design and recommend Dell solutions based on customer needs.
- Support partners, resellers, and internal sales teams with technical expertise.
- Prepare solution proposals and bills of materials using internal and vendor tools.
- Deliver presentations and explain technical solutions to various audiences.
- Compare customer requirements against Dell and competitor solutions.
- Support new business development and strengthen partner relationships.
- Stay up to date with Dell technologies, certifications, and industry trends.
- Contribute to customer projects and occasionally support post-sales implementations.

What We're Looking Fo r

- Minimum 3 years of IT experience, ideally with a hardware vendor or infrastructure solutions.
- Strong interest in data center technologies, including servers, storage, and backup solutions.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to lead professional customer discussions.
- Proactive, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

- Vendor certifications (Dell or other infrastructure vendors).
- Knowledge of the IT channel, vendors, competitors, and end-user market.
