Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Pilates Reformer Instructor for a wellness and fitness company in Khobar, Saudi Arabia .
We are looking for a professional, committed, and certified instructor who can deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions, support client progress, and maintain excellent service standards. The ideal candidate should be serious about applying, ready to relocate, and committed to fulfilling the terms of the employment contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups.
- Design safe, effective, and engaging sessions based on client needs and fitness levels.
- Guide clients on proper technique, posture, alignment, breathing, and equipment usage.
- Monitor client progress and provide corrections, modifications, and motivation during sessions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Ensure all Reformer equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition.
- Provide excellent client service and build strong client relationships.
- Support personal training sessions and promote suitable fitness packages when required.
- Follow company standards, schedules, policies, and professional conduct guidelines.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistency in class delivery.
- Support studio operations, client retention, and overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor.
- Reformer Pilates certification is required.
- Lagree certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Pilates techniques, body alignment, movement control, and safe equipment use.
- Ability to conduct both private and group sessions.
- Professional, presentable, and client-focused personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about wellness, fitness, and client transformation.
- Must be ready to relocate to Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
- Must be serious about applying and committed to completing the agreed employment contract terms.
