We are seeking a Service Lane Porter / Service Advisor Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, youll help create a smooth, high-quality customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery—no automotive experience needed, just a great attitude and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake

- Greet customers upon arrival and assist with service check-in using a tablet

- Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document vehicle condition

- Tag, stage, and assign vehicles to the appropriate service advisor pods

- Photograph vehicles and report any pre-existing damage

- Keep customers informed by proactively updating wait times and service status

- Deliver completed vehicles to customers and stage under service canopy

- Assist all advisors with vehicle delivery (team-first approach)

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane

Administrative & Support Duties

- Scan and organize daily service and parts documents

- Monitor recall campaigns and contact customers as needed

- Complete outbound call campaigns from OEM-provided lead lists

- Assist in managing service scheduling and appointment flow

- Good with people (customer service experience is a plus!)

- Valid drivers license

No automotive experience required — we will train you!
