Account Manager

Job Title: Account Manager City, Country: Guangzhou, China   Join our Perfumery team and build a trusted, long-term partnership with a key global client. You will shape account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and connect customer needs with our fragrance expertise. Working across commercial, creative, technical, and operational teams, you will turn ideas into solutions that create mutual value. This is an opportunity to influence a strategic account while contributing to sustainable business growth.   Your key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a trusted relationship with a key global client in the Perfumery sector.
- Define account objectives and translate the commercial strategy into a focused account plan.
- Identify critical business needs and market opportunities to secure wins and support sustainable growth.
- Lead strategic discussions and commercial negotiations, including partnership and core-list agreements.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and build an effective network across the client organization.
- Manage account performance through customer engagement, product lifecycle coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
