Role

We are seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead business analysis, solution design, ERP configuration, and client-facing engagements for NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong finance domain expertise and be capable of aligning business processes with NetSuite best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery workshops, business process assessments, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
- Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and saved searches based on business needs.
- Lead and support NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
- Develop functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training sessions, deployment activities, and post-go-live support.
- Advise clients on NetSuite best practices, process improvements, and system optimization opportunities.
- Support project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client communications.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience in implementation, configuration, and business process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of:  General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Financial Reporting
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Tax Management
- Multi-Currency Accounting

- Strong understanding of:  Chart of Accounts
- Subsidiaries and Intercompany Accounting
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)

- Hands-on experience in:  Requirements Gathering
- Business Process Mapping
- NetSuite Configuration
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- End-User Training

- Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders.
