Now, we’re looking for a RTV (Return To Vendor) Coordinator to join and grow with our Reverse Supply Chain (RSC) team at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden. The Reverse Supply Chain team ensures excellent customer service by managing returns and repairs in the aftermarket, maintaining a smarter, safer and more sustainable world. You’ll be joining a dynamic and talented team of RMA (Return Material Authorization) Supply and Reverse Logistics professionals, all working towards one common goal: delivering exceptional service by ensuring product availability at the right time and place. Our team operates with a strong sense of collaboration and cross-functional influence across Axis’ supply chain, from strategy to execution. Together, we are committed to driving efficiency and optimizing processes for a smarter, safer, and more sustainable world.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work with delivering and coordinating Axis’ service offerings to our customers. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the efficient setup and execution of the reverse supply chain within a complex and dynamic environment.

Your work will involve close collaboration with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders. The role involves a significant amount of administrative work and requires a structured approach, high accuracy, and strong attention to detail. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Repair Flow & Order Management – Managing, coordinating and following up on repair and return orders from RMA partners to EMS (factory) providers and back, including order creation, shipment tracking, delivery follow-up, and resolution of logistics deviations.
- Return Order Coordination – Creating, monitoring, and securing timely execution of return orders, ensuring accurate order status, proactive communication with stakeholders, and adherence to agreed lead times.
- ERP System Accuracy & Administration – Maintaining and administering accurate master data, and operational metrics within the ERP system.

However, this role goes far beyond supply and reverse flow planning. One part of your responsibility will be to participate but also drive continuous improvement initiatives — aimed at enhancing processes and collaboration across the organization.

What We Expect:

- Education within Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience in administrative and coordinating work
- Good knowledge about Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Swedish

What We Appreciate:

- Experience with aftermarket operations or reverse logistics.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management within a global organization.
- Knowledge in ERP systems.
