Role: 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.
Good understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality and business processes.
Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce:
Objects & Relationships
Fields
Record Types
Page Layouts
Validation Rules
Flows
Approval Processes
Profiles & Permission Sets
Reports & Dashboards
Experience with API and integration testing.
Hands-on experience with Postman or equivalent API testing tools.
Good understanding of REST/SOAP web services.
Experience with SOQL and data validation.
Strong experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps or equivalent defect management tools.
Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
