Business Support Executive

Role Overview

This role provides day-to-day HR operations and employee support across onboarding, systems administration, employee queries, documentation, claims, and contract extensions. The successful candidate will be highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support employee induction and onboarding , including training employees on key systems, tools, and processes.
- Respond to employee queries , coordinate issue resolution, and follow up on support requests.
- Process weekly cash claims and support cash float applications.
- Manage corporate card applications and related administration .
- Coordinate employee system onboarding and access , including Concur, Payspace, Cnnect, Learning Edge, and MFA.
- Coordinate the ordering and allocation of employee assets .
- Administer the Payspace leave management system , including new-user registration, reporting, and maintenance.
- Provide support for Concur-related queries and issues .
- Coordinate external line manager access to required systems and provide relevant system training.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks, guides, and supporting documentation .
- Maintain master documents and ensure relevant materials are uploaded to internal platforms.
- Coordinate employee contract extensions , working with Key Account Managers to confirm requirements and issue the necessary documentation.
