Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or similar areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
- Good command of English
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and communication skills
Responsabilities:
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and management presentations.
- Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year performance and provide meaningful explanations
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor costs, revenues, and key financial indicators.
- Support the preparation of business cases and profitability analyses.
- Collaborate with operational departments to gather and analyze financial information.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal financial procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.
