Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and collect job descriptions.
- Assist in campus hiring initiatives, university outreach, and placement activities.
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain candidate data in ATS and HR systems and assist with recruitment reporting and dashboards.
- Coordinate interviews and stakeholder meetings to enable efficient hiring processes.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
