E2E SHE
         
PURPOSE

- Responsible to plan, manage and control SHE activities related to business unit area (e.g: Business unit A/B, Utility area, Warehouse, Laboratory, WWTP and etc) in site according to procedures and/or standards Bayer Global, Indonesia Regulation and International Standard.

- Support and pro-active in providing feedforward and/or ideas on all matters for project activity performed by contractor or Internal Bayer to ensure are comply with Bayer requirements.

YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITY

- Collaborating with SHE Lead in managing SHE activities related to Business Unit or General area in all site accordance to procedures and/or standards Bayer Global, Indonesia Regulation and International Standard.
- Managing End-to-end (E2E) SHE activities (System and Operations) in Business Unit or General area comply with internal policies or procedures, CD-2055 SHE Key Requirements, Local Country/Government requirements (i.e. SMK3L and PROPER), and recognized international standards (e.g. ISO14001 EMS, ISO45001 SMS).
- Managing E2E SHE activities (System and Operations) in Business Unit or General area for Process Plant Safety (PPS), including maintaining the defined Asset Process Master File (APMF), communicating with the PPS Practitioner, facilitating the PHA, following up all action items, and obtaining PHA certificate approval.
- Managing E2E SHE activities in Business Unit or General area for conducting Machinery Safety Assessment (MSA), including maintaining the defined Asset Process Master File (APMF), communicating with all Machinery Responsible Persons (MRP), conducting assessments, following up all action items, and obtaining assessment/certificate approval.
- Managing E2E SHE activities in Business Unit or General area for Management of Change (MoC) within the assigned area/scope of responsibility and ensuring Occupational Health/Industrial Hygiene (OH/IH) measurements, including schedule maintenance, measurement execution, result verification/review, and CAPA closure.
- Managing E2E SHE activities in Business Unit or General area for environmental monitoring and control within the framework of RKL/RPL, PROPER, Environmental Management System, Environmental Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3L), or other SHE management systems, including air emissions, wastewater emissions, and hazardous waste management.
- Ensuring SHE Risk Management is conducted and all defined measures are implemented in Business Unit or General area, covering OHSERA, Health Risk Assessment (HRA), JSA as a requirement for Hazardous Work Permits, etc.
- Ensuring daily work supervision is carried out in terms of SHE aspects within the Business Unit or General area, both internally within SHE and externally across all departments and third-party associates (vendors/contractors).
- Creating schedules, monitoring implementation, and maintaining documentation related to the implementation of all aspects of the SHE Management System at PT Bayer Cimanggis, including ensuring that the SHE Compliance Management System is properly applied in accordance with SHE requirements, internal policies/procedures, Bayer Global standards, and government regulations.
- Ensuring the implementation of SHE Supplier Management is carried out in accordance with SHE requirements, from Registration, Qualification, Program Implementation, and Evaluation through to Contract Agreement.
- Ensuring SHE Performance Reporting & Communication is implemented by updating all SHE performance data, reporting to Bayer internal stakeholders and government authorities, and communicating relevant information to all employees of PT Bayer Cimanggis.
- Ensuring all SHE permits and licenses are available and valid, covering personnel, equipment/machinery, and other licenses that may impact PT Bayer Cimanggis operations.
- Striving to continuously build and improve personal capabilities, skills, and technical knowledge to maintain effective work performance and ways of working through available internal resources or external/third-party learning opportunities.
- Supporting and proactively providing input or ideas on all matters that contribute to the sustainability and continuous improvement of SHE implementation and/or company development.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an SHE Supervisor/Engineer in the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG, or related industries.
- Possess AK3 Umum certification.
- Experience in Project Management, SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PROPER implementation.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- Ability to manage conflict and ambiguity.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
