About this role
What you’ll be doing:
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Create and compare “current state” and “future state” business process maps
- Develop functional specifications as needed for projects
- Analyze projects of moderately complex nature for size, scope, and objectives
- Develop mastery of assigned applications
- Identify and deploy process improvement initiatives that maximize business value from IT solutions
- Create and conduct functional testing and training
- Deliver superior customer service by assisting in identifying customer needs
- Provide end user support
- Liaise with software vendors for technical issue resolution
- Ensure Sonoco IT standards are employed in all activities
- Consistently enforce safe work practices in assigned projects
Education and Training Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related discipline
- 3-5 years experience in ERP
- Experience with Radius ERP is a plus
- Knowledge of the Flexibles business
- Moderate travel may be required
The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual target incentive of ZZ% of base salary.
