About the Role

This role is responsible for enabling and preparing reports & business intelligence, to support business operations and requirements. Reporting is descriptive - financial information or information about business specific processes or requirements, using reporting tools (eg Qlikview, PowerBI).

What will your day look like?
As a Business Performance, Analytics & Reporting Specialist, you will:
• Monitor and analyse business performance and wider metrics across the Business to provide visibility of current state and ensure strategic priorities are being delivered on supporting a focus on good customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Lead the regular business performance review process for the Business working with key stakeholders across Finance, Product and Frontline teams
• Identify and implement changes to streamline team processes and reporting enhancements liaising with appropriate channels and stakeholders
• Develop and manage strong internal stakeholder relationships to a Senior Leadership level
• Contribute to the development of a strong risk culture and environment of continuous learning and improvement across
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Sound experience in banking or equivalent industry with previous experience in an analytical or performance function preferred
• Demonstrated stakeholder management capability to collaborate and influence across business areas and to a senior level
• Very strong and proven analytical skills – ability to understand and analyse complex data with a focus on quality, accuracy and details.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to partner with the business and develop quality insights and solutions
• Deals with complex situations holistically, works with minimal direction on complex
