About this role

Description

Guesty is the all-in-one platform helping hospitality businesses around the world automate, optimize, and scale their operations. We’re a fast-growing global startup that’s transforming how the industry works — from guest experience to business growth.

With a powerful suite of features and integrations with 150+ industry partners — including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com , Expedia, Google Travel, and many more — Guesty empowers property managers to deliver top-tier guest experiences while running more efficient, data-driven operations.

We’re proud to have over 900+ team members across 16 countries worldwide, all working together to build the future of hospitality technology.

If you’re looking to grow your career in a dynamic, global, and impact-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Guesty is looking for a commercially driven Market Manager to own and grow our Mid-Market business across Spain .

This is a field sales role for someone who wants to build a market, not simply inherit a pipeline. You’ll own Spain end-to-end: identifying the right accounts, creating opportunities, building relationships with key operators and closing new business.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

- Own the Mid-Market sales territory across Spain.
- Build your own pipeline through targeted outbound, networking, partnerships, events and in-market activity.
- Identify and develop relationships with professional short-term rental operators, property managers, aparthotels and hospitality businesses.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, commercial negotiation and signature.
- Build relationships with founders, CEOs and senior operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Understand each prospect’s business and position Guesty around operational efficiency, scalability, revenue growth and consolidation.
- Develop a clear territory strategy rather than relying on high-volume generic outbound.
- Represent Guesty at industry events and build a strong local presence within the Spanish short-term rental community.
- Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Bring market intelligence back into the business, including competitor activity, customer needs and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Solutions, Payments, Customer Success and other teams to progress complex opportunities and shorten sales cycles.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have strong B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of winning new business. More importantly, you’re a hunter. You’re comfortable starting with an empty territory, deciding where the opportunity is and creating pipeline yourself. You should be comfortable selling to senior stakeholders, running complex commercial conversations and negotiating on value rather than relying on discounting.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Highly proactive and commercially minded.
- Experienced in new-business and full-cycle sales.
- Comfortable building a territory from the ground up.
- Strong at outbound prospecting and relationship building.
- Confident selling to founders, CEOs and senior decision-makers.
- Able to operate independently and move quickly.
- Disciplined around pipeline, forecasting and CRM.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience within short-term rentals, hospitality, travel technology or property technology would be valuable , as would an existing network within the Spanish market, but we’d prioritise an exceptional SaaS hunter who can learn the industry quickly.

What success looks like

You’ll build Guesty into an increasingly visible presence across Spain, create a repeatable pipeline of high-quality Mid-Market opportunities and turn strong local relationships into predictable revenue.

This isn’t an account-management role. We’re looking for someone who can create a market, hunt for opportunities and close.

Guesty is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
