About this role

Overview of the Position

SFLA is seeking to hire a mission-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Content Writer to join our newly formed Marketing Writing Team under the Marketing Department. Each staff writer will specialize in a specific content area(s) and work closely with the corresponding department to produce high-quality, on-brand written materials. The writer will report to the writing manager and will take full ownership of their content, including final sign-off and accountability for accuracy, tone, and timeliness

Responsibilities

AI & Workflow Integration

- Create initial drafts using Copilot, leveraging its capabilities to accelerate content development by pulling from SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, organization websites and other content, as trained by the writing manager.

- Conduct an editing pass through Copilot to ensure the work is accurate and aligned with the organizations Lexicon and Style Guide.

- Remain responsible for the final product, regardless of AI assistance. Copilot is a support tool, not a substitute for ownership or accountability.
