Responsibilities
- Complete the Product Portfolio Courses at our online training center to build your foundation.
- Manage Live Client Communications across calls, emails, and text messages in our mass communications center.
- Communicate Directly with Open-Showroom Sales and management to ensure seamless client transitions.
- Steer the Buying Experience towards any of our premier locations across the local area.
- Learn Best-in-Class Automotive Retail Practices to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain High-Quality Customer Satisfaction in your daily interactions.
- Participate in Exclusive Company Outings and signature community events twice per year.
- Bring a Useful Attitude and a people-oriented nature to the business side
Compensation & Structure
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Hourly Base Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 / hour guaranteed
- Total Expected Income Range: $49,000 – $52,000 (Hourly base plus tiered commission scale)
