As a result of continuous business growth, we are currently seeking a Floor Lead to join our team. The Floor Lead provides direction to manufacturing team members on day-to-day operations and maintains quality and production standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Action/ detail oriented, strong leadership, and drive for results
- Knowledge of focused areas within fabrication to include but not limited to: Machine Operation, Welding, Press Brakes, and CNC Machines
- Must be a team player with the ability to work in multi-task environment
- Must work well independently and make sound business decisions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MRP Systems, blueprints, bill of materials (BOMs) and ERP systems.

Other considerations:
- High School Diploma; additional education or certification (Preferred)
- 5-7 years sheet metal fabrication experience, foodservice manufacturing industry (Preferred)
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Foodservice manufacturing industry (Preferred)
