About this role

Job Description

Are you passionate about connecting with communities via creators?

We’re looking for a strategically minded influencer marketer with hands-on experience connecting creators and brands. You’ll help define the role of influencer marketing across different audiences, plan creator campaigns across multiple markets and get under the skin of diverse cultural communities.

About the Role

This role sits within Our LEGO Agency’s (OLA) Social Creative and Influencer team. You’ll work across projects where influencer marketing may play a central role or provide focused channel expertise, from light consultation to large-scale global strategies.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of social culture, creator ecosystems and audience behaviour, as well as the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and business priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Define creator strategies for global campaigns, including global partnerships and recommendations for local market execution.

- Collaborate across OLA and the LEGO Group to plan and deliver creator campaigns.

- Build and maintain our creator network, identifying emerging talent across audiences, interests and passion points.

- Champion influencer marketing best practices and advise stakeholders on effective use of the channel.

- Drive creative effectiveness in influencer marketing, helping ensure our work is impactful, measurable and continually improving.

- Brief and manage external partners delivering global influencer and creator projects.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing, with an interest in influencer marketing.

- Experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple markets.

- Knowledge of talent and influencer contract essentials, as well as advertising disclosure standards in multiple markets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using influencer management or database tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

- A passion for measurement and effectiveness.

What You’ll Build

You’ll join a growing team helping define the role of creators and influencers at the LEGO Group. Working directly with creators and through agency partners, you’ll shape their contribution to integrated campaigns and always-on social channels.

Our work spans varied audiences and challenges and involves a wide range of creators, from multidisciplinary artists and YouTube megastars to the occasional famous chicken. It’s fast-paced, hands-on work, and no two days are the same.

Life on the Team

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the LEGO Group’s internal creative agency, delivering insight-driven, integrated campaigns and creative solutions across the business. With teams in Billund, Copenhagen, London, Boston, Singapore and Shanghai, we bring together creative, strategic and specialist capabilities to build meaningful connections with audiences around the world.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll create engaging content with new partners for the LEGO Group, challenge your own work and stay close to developments in the creator landscape. You’ll aim to make content that performs and stands out on social media.

Success will be measured by the impact of the campaigns you support, the strength of the creator partnerships you help build and feedback from wider campaign teams.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
