About you and this role

We have an exciting opportunity for an EH&S Delivery Specialist in Landskrona, Sweden .

As an EH&S Delivery Specialist, you will work closely with the Responsible Care Leader and local EH&S Manager to deliver and continuously improve EH&S 9 Environmental, Industrial Hygiene, Safety & Reactive Chemicals, Health Services) programs and processes across the site. You will support compliance with regulatory and safety requirements and help maintain the site's license to operate. This role offers a balance of office-based and field-based responsibilities, with approximately half of your time spent engaging directly with employees and operations in the field. Maintaining a visible and active on-site presence is a key aspect of success.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your technical and professional capabilities while working on a wide range of environmental, health, and safety initiatives. In a collaborative and supportive environment, you will partner with experienced colleagues, deepen your knowledge of EH&S practices

Responsibilities

- Provides EH&S support to a facility on site.
- Facilitates/participates in EH&S incident investigations.
- Interprets and applies environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Provides EH&S training development and delivery, EH&S management of change review, and delivery of EH&S programs.
- Implements EH&S management systems in order to add value to the business, meet business objectives and maintain the license to operate.
- Conducts EH&S culture diagnosis and gap closure.
- Implements new or updated EH&S programs.
- Provides EH&S expertise to define projects necessary for successful achievement of the corporate EH&S goals.
- Streamlines EH&S work processes by developing/updating operating discipline and associated tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferably in chemistry, engineering or environmental sciences
- 1-2 years of experience in EH&S, manufacturing or related experience

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English

- Risk Management - Identifies hazards, assesses risks, and supports implementation of preventive measures
- Cross-Functional Work - Builds strong partnerships across operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve site objectives
