Apply strong system thinking to define scalable design patterns and logic, and interactions to ensure consistency across the end-to-end journey.
Contribute actively to our design system — you won't be building it from scratch, but you'll use it with depth, challenge it when it doesn't serve users, and propose improvements that scale and define reusable patterns, in tandem with our design system team.
Collaborate with partner marketing team to shape the visual language and advocating the language and patterns.

Holistic systems thinking and journey design skills, connecting front-end user touchpoints with back-end operational workflows across the end-to-end ecosystem.
