The opportunity:

At Integrity360, our people and their expertise are central to the services we deliver. We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Professional Services Resource Planning Specialist to help us match the right skills and capacity to customer demand.

You will sit at the heart of our Professional Services operation, working closely with delivery leaders, project managers, sales and finance. Through effective resource planning, reporting and stakeholder coordination, you will help us improve utilisation, support revenue delivery and provide greater visibility of capacity and future demand.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, working with data and collaborating across multiple teams and regions.

What you will do:

- Coordinate the allocation of Professional Services consultants across customer projects and internal initiatives.

- Maintain an accurate view of consultant capacity, availability, skills and planned assignments.

- Work with delivery leaders and project managers to anticipate resource requirements and resolve scheduling conflicts.

- Partner with sales and delivery teams to understand upcoming demand across the pipeline and backlog.

- Identify available capacity and connect relevant skills with upcoming customer opportunities.

- Monitor utilisation and highlight emerging risks, gaps and opportunities.

- Produce clear, accurate reporting on capacity, utilisation, backlog, pipeline and resource demand.

- Support revenue forecasting and accrual processes by working closely with Professional Services and finance teams.

- Monitor time-recording compliance and help resolve missing or inaccurate submissions.

- Maintain reliable resource planning data across relevant systems and reporting tools.

- Support workforce planning by identifying skills gaps, recruitment requirements and potential subcontractor needs.

- Recommend improvements to resource planning processes, reporting and operational ways of working.

What you will bring:

- Experience in resource planning, workforce planning, Professional Services operations, PMO, project coordination or a similar environment.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Confidence working with data and translating it into clear, practical insight.

- Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Experience with Power BI, resource management platforms, PSA tools or project management systems would be beneficial.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of utilisation, capacity, revenue, pipeline or project-based delivery.

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate information.

- The ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams, disciplines and geographical regions.

- Experience within cybersecurity, technology, consulting or another Professional Services environment would be advantageous, but it does not need to be mandatory.

What success looks like:

In this role, success means:

- Delivery teams have a reliable view of capacity and availability.

- Consultants are assigned to work that aligns with their skills and experience.

- Resource conflicts and delivery risks are identified early.

- Leadership has clear insight into utilisation, demand and skills gaps.

- Sales, delivery and finance work from consistent and accurate information.
Available capacity is proactively connected with customer demand.
