Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Provide shuttle service for customers as needed
- Support service advisors with documentation and follow-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and lounge area
- Perform basic facility maintenance (empty trash, sweep floors, etc.)
- Assist service advisors and technicians with miscellaneous tasks as requested
Schedule:
- Monday: 7am to 5pm
- Tuesday: 7am to 5pm
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 1pm to 6pm
- Friday: 7am to 5pm
- Saturday: 7am to 3pm
- Sunday: Off
Job requirements:
- Clear and valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods
