Prestar el servicio de Instalaciones de gases industriales, laboratorio, medicinales y terapéuticos en clientes, aplicando las normas de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente e IMS, así como Normas de Correcta Fabricación de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios (GMP) e International Featured Standards (IFS) y los procedimientos del grupo Air Liquide, para alcanzar la excelencia en términos de operación (eficiencia y eficacia).

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

OPERAR LAS INSTALACIONES CONFORME A REQUISITOS CONTRACTUALES, OBJETIVOS DE OPERACION, PLAZO Y GESTION

- Operacién 6ptima y segura de las instalaciones para alcanzar los objetivos definidos. - Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos contractuales.

- Gestionar y ejecutar eficazmente los planes de mantenimiento establecidos.

- Cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos de la Actividad.

- Seguimiento, control y andlisis de indicadores operacionales. Propuesta de acciones correctoras en caso de desviaciones.

- Creacion y mantenimiento de stock de repuestos conforme a indicaciones de la Actividad. - Anélisis y diagnéstico de averias. Comunicacion a equipos centrales. - Identificacion de iniciativas de mejora y eficiencia.

- Realizar los interfaces con clientes internos y externos con profesionalidad y la sensibilidad adecuada.

- Cumplimiento de la politica de Compras.

- Coordinar y supervisar la ejecucion de los trabajos realizados por empresas externas.

- Feedback a los equipos centrales para mejora de |as politicas de mantenimiento y los esténdares de disefio.

CUMPLIMIENTO DE REQUISITOS LEGALES Y POLITICAS DEL GRUPO EN MATERIA DE SEGURIDAD, CALIDAD, MEDIO AMBIENTE, SISTEMAS, PROCESOS Y OBJETIVOS

- Cumplimiento de la normativa externa e interna del grupo en materia de Seguridad, Calidad, Medio Ambiente e IMS, asi como normas GMP e IFS.

- Interlocucién con HQSE para garantizar la coordinacién de actividades y generacién de documentacién especifica en materia de Seguridad y Reglamentacion.

- Identificacion de iniciativas de seguridad, calidad y planes integrales.

- Identificar e implementar innovaciones e iniciativas ligadas a mejorar la satisfaccion del cliente.

- Garantizar la trazabilidad de las intervenciones realizadas en las instalaciones conforme alas politicas definidas.

- Cumplimiento de los procedimientos aplicables a las Actividad.

- Participacion en auditorias internas y externas de la Actividad.

- Identificacion de mejoras de los procesos.

SOPORTE Y COORDINACION CON OTRAS ACTIVIDADES

- Participacion en el servicio 24 hy disponibilidad para prestar soporte en caso de ser necesario.

- Soporte a equipos técnicos de otras Actividades u otras zonas geogréficas.

- Identificacién y comunicacién de nuevas oportunidades de Negocio.

- Soporte técnico al equipo comercial.

REQUISITOS

- Ingeniería Industrial / FP Grado Superior

- Experiencia 3-5 Años: Mantenimiento de instalaciones industriales

- Conocimientos de :

- Sistemas de control, instrumentación, termodinámica, mecánica y electricidad
- Reglamentación / Legislación Industrial
- Instalaciones y procesos On-Site
- Gestión del mantenimiento. SAP módulo de mantenimiento y M4M / Workflow Nuevas Instalaciones
- Compatibilidad de materiales y comportamiento y características de los gases
- Herramientas de diseño
- Conocimiento del Negocio
