- All tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timescales, while maintaining cost effectiveness.
- Shipments are transported using the most secure, timely, and operationally efficient methods available.
- Instructions provided by Dispatch, Operations, and Customer Service teams are followed diligently and professionally.
- All activities are performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Customer needs and expectations are consistently understood, prioritised, and met to the highest standard.
- All applicable regulations, legislation, and industry guidelines are fully complied with, including but not limited to ADR, AvSec and IATA requirements.
- Preparation and assembly of both single-use and reusable packaging solutions.
- If required, assist with the pre-conditioning of temperature-controlled phase change materials (PCMs) and gel packs in accordance with operational requirements.
- Perform the refurbishment, maintenance, and preparation of reusable packaging systems and associated components to ensure they remain fit for purpose and compliant with operational standards.
- Assisting with the management of stock control
- Assist with the replenishment and conditioning of temperature-controlled materials, including gel packs, dry ice, and other packaging components, to ensure shipment integrity and compliance with temperature requirements.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field required.
Certification in forklift operation, licensure in commercial vehicle operation appropriate for assigned vehicle class and transported materials or equivalent preferred.
